A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO OBTAIN A SECOND
PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL OF THE
PROPOSED FORTY-FIRST STREET COMMERCIAL
CORRIDOR PARKING FACILITIES AND THE LINCOLN
ROAD CORRIDOR (WEST AVENUE) PARKING SITE.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach Parking Committee has
reviewed the site selection of the proposed 41st Street Commercial
Corridor Parking Facility and the Lincoln Road Corridor (West
Avenue) site; and
WHEREAS, the City Administration has , with the
endorsement of the Parking Committee, recommended that a second
professional real estate appraisal be made of the proposed sites,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH THAT:
1. The City Commission hereby adopts the findings of
the Parking Committee and City Administration recommendations.
2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
negotiate a professional services contract for the appraisal of
the subject sites not to exceed Fifteen Thousand ($15, 000 . 00)
Dollars with funding to be provided from the Off-Street Parking
Account.
