A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT FOR LAND SURVEYING, AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND LANNES &
GARCIA, INC. FOR THE 21st STREET COMMUNITY CENTER EXPANSION.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has reviewed the agreement between the City
of Miami Beach (hereinafter referred to as the City) and Lannes & Garcia, Inc. (hereinafter
referred to as the Surveyor) for the 21st Street Community Center Expansion; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to engage the Land Surveyor to survey the 21st
Street Community Center Expansion upon the terms and conditions of the agreement
between the City and the Surveyor; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended execution of the agreement, and
the Office of the City Attorney has approved it as to form;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Agrement between the City of
Miami Beach and Lannes & Garcia, Inc. for Land Surveying for the 21st Street
Community Center Expansion.
