A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A REVOCABLE LICENSE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AND
AQUA-CYCLE INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR RENTAL AND
SALE OF WATER AND BEACH RECREATIONAL
EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS , the City Commission has reviewed the Revocable
License Agreement between the City of Miami Beach and Aqua-Cycle
International, Inc. ; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended execution of
the Agreement and the City Attorney has approved it as to form,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized to execute the Revocable License Agreement between the
City of Miami Beach and Aqua-Cycle International, Inc. for rental
and sale of water and beach recreational equipment.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1984 .
