A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE
RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING BOARD TO AMEND
ORDINANCE NO. 1891, THE SAME BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EXCLUDE A CERTAIN PARCEL
OF LAND FROM THE RM-14 LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE FAMILY
ZONING DISTRICT AND INCLUDE SAME IN THE PUD PLANNED
UNIT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND TO CHANGE THE PROPERTY'S
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM
RESIDENTIAL 0-24 UNITS/ACRE TO RESIDENTIAL 25-60
UNITS/ACRE (TRAMMEL, ET. AL.).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT,
WHEREAS, the Planning Board held a public hearing on December 20, 1984, for
consideration of the Change of Zoning and Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation, as
said zoning districts are defined and set forth in Zoning Ordinance No. 1891 and land use
designation in the Comprehensive Plan and has transmitted same to the City Commission
pursuant to Section 16. Changes and Amendments of Zoning Ordinance No. 1891, and the
Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act for the following property;
Blocks 21, 22, and 23, counted Plat of Altos Del Mar No. 1, as recorded in
Block 31, Page 40 of the Dade County Records.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a Public Hearing for consideration of the
aforementioned proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is hereby called to be held
before the City Commission in its chambers on the Third Floor of City Hall,
1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, beginning at 3 P.M. on the 6th day of
March, 1985, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish appropriate
Public Notice of said Public Hearing to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in
the City of Miami Beach, at which time and place all interested parties will be heard.
