RESOLUTION 87-18779 RESOLiJTION NO. 87-18779 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION SPECIAL REVENUE FUND AND ESTABLISHING A NEW SPECIAL REVENUE ACCOUNT IN THE FUND FOR THE NEW 21ST STREET RECREATION CENTER. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CONIlMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that a Special Revenue Account in the Recreation Division Special Fund 146 be created for the purposes outlined more specifically in the attached Commission Memorandum # 142-87. Parki City Manager - - SUBJECT- Establish a new Special Revenue Account Authorization is requested to establish a new Special Revenue Account in the Recreation Division Special Revenue Fund 146 for the purpose of capturing rental revenues from the new 21st Street Recreation Center. Proceeds from rental of the facility will go to this account, and will be utilized to augment and enhance programming at the 21st Street Recreation Center. The Administration anticipates $75,000 in revenues and expenses in providing and coordinating programs at the 21st Street Recreation Center. ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION The Administration recommends the establishing of a new Special Revenue Account in Special Revenue Fund 146 and appropriate $75,000 funding to be derived from the 21st Street Recreation Center rentals. t.
