A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR
OBJECTIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.

IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS
M-2, M-3, M-4, and M-5 M-2, M-3, M-4, and M-5
WHEREAS, Arthur Godfrey Road Improvements M-2,
M-3, M-4 and M-5 Districts M-2, M-3, M-4, and M-5
have been completed and acceptance of said improvements recommended by the
City Manager and the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause notice to be given in
accordance with the Charter of said City, that the City Commission will hold
a Public Hearing commending at 2130 p.m. on May 6, 1987, at which time and
place said City Commission will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance thereof by the City
Commission.
