RESOLUTION 87-19065 RESOLUTION NO. 87-19065 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING BOARD PERTAINING TO AN AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1891 VNHICH ADDRESSED A CHANGE OF ZONING FOR PROPERTY ON OCEAN TERRACE AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF DESIGN REVIEW REGULATIONS FOR PROPERTY THAT LIES BETWEEN 87TH TERRACE, HARDING AVENUE, 75TH STREET AND COLLINS AVENUE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Miami Beach held a public hearing on October 27, 1987 and recommended that the zoning on Ocean Terrace be changed from RM- 60 to Mixed Use Entertainment and that Design Review include all properties between 87th Terrace and 75th Street and between Collins and harding Avenues; WHEREAS, said action of the Planning Board has been duly transmitted to the City Commission pursuant to Section 17. Changes and Amendments of Zoning Ordinance No. 1891. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing for a consideration of the aforementioned proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is hereby called to be held before the City Commission in its chambers on the Third Floor of City Hall, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida beginning at 2:45 P.M. on the 6th day of Jan. 1987 and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish appropriate Public Notice of said Public Hearing to be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Miami Beach, at which time and place all interested parties will be heard.
