RESOLUTION 89-19501 RESOLUTION NO. 89-19501 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENTS IN FAVOR OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS OF 4775 COLLINS AVENUE (UNPAVED SOUTH LOT) AND 5801 COLLINS AVENUE (CORINTHIAN LOT) IN CONSIDERATION OF THE USE OF THEIR PROPERTIES FOR PARKING DURING THE 15TH ANNUAL FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS. WHEREAS, the property owners of the Marlin Property, 4775 Collins Avenue (the unpaved south lot) and 5801 Collins Avenue (Corinthian Lot) , have offered the use of their properties for parking during the 15th Annual Miami Beach Festival of the Arts; and WHEREAS, the owners of these properties have requested that the City hold them harmless and indemnify them for claims arising during the time of the City' s utilization of their properties for the Festival of the Arts. NOW THEREFORE BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the two Indemnification Agreements which are attached hereto, indemnifying the property owners for claims relating to the City' s use of their properties for the 15th Annual Miami Beach Festival of the Arts.
