A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF
THE SEA ISLE HOTEL AT 3 001 COLLINS AVENUE FOR
STREET SURVIVAL TRAINING FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT DURING THE PERIOD OF MARCH 1ST
THROUGH AUGUST 31, 1989.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach Police Department wishes to
utilize the Sea Isle Hotel property located at 3001 Collins
Avenue for the purpose of Street Survival Training - room and
building searches; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the above-described property is
willing to allow the use of its property for such purposes,
provided the City executes an Indemnity Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of the
Indemnity Agreement attached hereto, and it has been approved as
to form by the City Attorney;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute the attached Indemnity Agreement for the
use of the Sea Isle Hotel at 3001 Collins Avenue for Street
Survival Training for the Police Department during the period of
March 1st through August 31, 1989 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March , 1989 .

payments, in tort or in contract, including, without limitation, accidents, liability or loss
for injuries to or deaths of persons or damages to property caused by any act or failure to
act of indemnitor as a result of its operations or activities on the above described
property.
