RESOLUTION 89-19702 RESOLUTION NO. 89-19702 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CAHNERS EXPOSITION GROUP FOR THE USE OF HALL A IN THE STEPHEN MUSS CONVENTION CENTER FEBRUARY 26-MARCH 2 , 1990. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been advised that CAHNERS EXPOSITION GROUP desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of Miami Beach, to-wit: HALL A IN THE STEPHEN MUSS CONVENTION CENTER on FEBRUARY 26-MARCH 2 , 1990 for the event known as PRODUCING ACTE ONE - MANAGED BY: CAHNERS EXPOSITION GROUP SPONSORED BY: ASSOCIATION OF CORPORATE TRAVEL EXECUTIVES (A. C.T.E. ) AND WHEREAS, an appropriate lease agreement has been prepared by the Stephen Muss Convention Center Director and approved as to form by the City Attorney, and WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize the execution of the said lease agreement.
