RESOLUTION 90-19976 RESOLUTION NO. 90-19976 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONS, INC. FOR THE USE OF HALLS A AND B OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER OCTOBER 7-18, 1991. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been advised that EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONS, INC. desires to lease certain premises and facilities of the City of Miami Beach, to-wit: HALLS A AND B OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER on OCTOBER 7-18, 1991 for the event known as MIAMI FALL BOAT SHOW AND WHEREAS, an appropriate lease agreement has been prepared by the Stephen Muss Convention Center Director and approved as to form by the City Attorney, and WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to authorize the execution of the said lease agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above- described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and that the Stephen Muss Convention Center Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
