A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR
THE PURPOSE OF DECLARING AS SURPLUS PROPERTY THE
CITY OWNED PROPERTY WHICH IS LOCATED AT 1749
JEFFERSON AVENUE AND IS LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS: LOT
13, BLOCK 21, AMENDED GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, PLAT
BOOK 6, PAGE 26.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT,
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach is the owner of the following
described property which is located at 1749 Jefferson Avenue:
Lot 13 , Block 21, Amended Golf Course Subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6,
Page 26, of the Public Records of Dade County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing for
consideration of declaring the above described property surplus
property is hereby called to be held before the City Commission in
its chambers on the Third Floor of City Hall, 1700 Convention
Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, beginning at 11: 05 AM on
February 6 , 1991, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to publish appropriate Public Notice of said Public
Hearing to be published in a newspaper of general circulation of
the City of Miami Beach, at which time and place all interested
parties will be heard.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of January , 1991.
