(JCI), the project’s consultant, and the City of Miami Beach Public Works Department initiated project efforts in early 2019 and have made significant headway toward finalizing recommendations for citywide lighting standards. •Ideation Session •Survey of Inventory PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT << 5 >>MARCH 4, 2019 PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT JCI conducted an ideation session with City of Miami Beach department representatives and members of the Miami Beach Police department to shape the purpose of the project and gather initial feedback. •Ideation Session •Informational and key stakeholder •Technical Review sessions collateral and messaging for residents PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT << 6 >>MARCH 4, 2019 PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT The team then proceeded with an Urban Lighting Inventory where JCI captured data in 11 different zones about more than 9,000 City-owned street lighting fixtures. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT << 17 >>OCTOBER 2019 PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Final Citywide Lighting Standards, Urban Analysis Report and Revenue Generation are being scheduled for end of October 2019.
