Gonzalez '~"' City Manager ~ cz CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS OFFICE RETREAT THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2003 As part of the City's commitment to Organizational Development and one of the City's five (5) strategic priorities, the Capital Improvement Projects Office (CIP) will be holding a Departmental Retreat on Thursday, September 25, 2003 and consequently the Department will be closed that day. There should not be any operational impact to any of the projects in progress. In addition we have notified our Program Managers, Amhitects and Engineers, and contractors and have made arrangements for unexpected issues and emergencies. The telephone voice mail system will advise residents, and other callers of this closing and they will be advised that the voicemail messages will be retrieved periodically throughout the day.
