financing. Issuance of tax increment financing bonds p(
is expected to be completed by mid-January.

3) Safe Neighborhood Planning Grant - Interested
parties met 12/6/88 to structure a capital improvement I'
project to be located in the South Pointe area.
Proposed project to be submitted for funding through
the Florida Department of Community Affairs as part of ,kl
Safe Neighborhood and Enterprise Zone programs. An RFP
for Crime Prevention through Environmental Design
(CPTED) assistance is being issued. Responses will bepi"'
evaluated and submitted to City Commission. Safe )4(
Neighborhood Improvement District #1 (SNID) Advisory
Board meeting to be held 12/12/88. Collection of data
