the Redevelopment Trust Fund and certain other
moneys to the payment of said bonds; providing for i ,
the issuance of additional bonds on a parity Vf
therewith; providing for the rights and security
of all bonds issued pursuant to this resolution;
providing certain details of the Series 1989
bonds; delegating certain matters in connection
with the issuance of the Series 1989 bonds to the
Chairman of the Agency; approving the form and
execution of the private placement agreement and
commitment letter for the Series 1989 bonds;
approving the form of preliminary private
placement memorandum for the Series 1989 bonds and
authorizing execution of the final private
placement memorandum for the Series 1989 bonds;
authorizing officials of the Agency to take all
necessary actions in connection with the issuance
of the Series 1989 bonds; and providing for an
