Agency meeting to inquire re negotiation status with
Cobb Partners, Inc. for development of Old Police (..
Station site. (see b. below) Proposal of Parking
Subcommittee, draft dated 2/23/89, referred to Agency
for consideration/approval and made part of 3/1/89
file. Included in proposal are recommendations re 1)
Parking decal permit program, 2) property acquisition
for parking lots, 3) property leasing for parking lots,
and 4) tram service. Judy Clayton and other interested .�

Director rendered oral report advising that agreement

next week in order to bring the agreement to the next
Agency meeting.
