Bond counsel has determined that City will need to seek County approval for issuance of bonds using County' s increment. 012C./ b) Old Police Station - Staff indicated that ,v0 VA 0 negotiations are proceeding with Cobb Partners VL/ Inc. , and that special counsel, Sandra Riggs, is o, `' 14 preparing the draft development agreement. Neisen Kasdin, attorney for applicant, arrived later and expressed concern over lack of notice on item that had been scheduled. Mr. Kasdin presented his views.
