in area. Staff reported on following:
a) Tax Increment Financing - Background studies
are underway for bond issuance. Decision still to
be made whether issue will be privately or

City will need to seek County approval for

later and expressed concern over lack of notice on
item that had been scheduled. Mr. Kasdin

that Carner-Mason had lost lawsuit with Heller. ,...r-,

the policy.) Ms. Clayton was asked to meet with
the Police Chief and return with any solutions
which the Agency or City could implement.
