6) South Beach Elementary School - Project coordination ' P.,

and scheduling meeting was held October 28 with City's
staff and School Board representatives. School Board r
will use standard contract to negotiate with selected A, sd "WC '
architect who is expected to be commissioned at or bti
before its December 9th meeting. Construction contract
is expected to be awarded about October 1988. Project
should be completed the end of 1989. City Attorney's
office proceeding with filing legal action to "quick , ,...--------

consultants held October 29th. City is reviewing the '
qualification of candidates to the position of Project ��~-

November.
