(CIRI) Site - Housing Authority has submitted appraiser's report to HUD as part of request for approval to demolish Goodman Terrace project. Appraised value of land, 14 1414 excluding demolition cost, was one million dollars.' Executive Director has been in contact with Mr. Frank illice/ Klett, VP of CIRI, re development issues on CIRI site, including parking, Washington Ave. right-of-way to ° South Pointe Park, land assemblage, and concepts for further development. CIRI apparently wishes to take a more active role in detemining future uses for this • site.
