Safely coming back...
The City of Miami Beach Property Management and Human Resources Departments have been working throughout the COVID-19 event to
develop policies, improve the functionality of the workplace, and prepare a safe and suitable environment for all our employees and visitors.
As employees transition back to work, we have been implementing safeguards to ensure the spread of infection is minimized by providing
high levels of disinfection, retrofitting our workspaces to accommodate social distancing, and ensuring critical infrastructure including
air-conditioning, water systems, and other building elements are operating and maintained to the highest industry standards. We worry so
you don’t have to. The City is following a phased approach with Phase 1 beginning on June 1, 2020.
