A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CERTIFICATE OF THE CITY
COMMISSION APPOINTED COMMITTEE CERTIFYING THE
RESULTS OF THE NOVEMBER 7, 1989, GENERAL AND
SPECIAL ELECTIONS.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Commission of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, the certification of the City Clerk, City Manager and
the City Attorney as the committee appointed by the City Commission on
October 4, 1989, to act as its representatives regarding the conduct of the
November 7, 1989, general and special elections, and
WHEREAS ,

said committee has acted as the Commission representatives and
at the tabulation of the returns of the election as duly
the Elections Depar tment of Metropo1i tan Dade County, and has

ROlf, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that having canvassed the returns of the November 7,
1989, general and special elections, as submitted by the committee
hereinabove referred to, it does hereby adopt the Certificate as to the
results of said elections and it is hereby ordered that the same certificate
and this resolution be recorded in the minutes of the meeting as a permanent
record of the results of said elections~
