City of Miami Beach Extends State of Emergency Declaration
– To Halt the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus –
Miami Beach, FL – Keeping residents and businesses safe is the primary directive in
the city’s fight against COVID-19. As such, the City Manager has extended his State of
Emergency Declaration through April 30, 2020. The City Manager has also extended
the city’s “Safer at Home” Emergency Order, as well as the Emergency Measures,
through April 30, 2020. Any violation of the aforementioned emergency measures would
subject the individual or business entity to criminal penalties.
