City of Miami Beach Allows Restaurant Food Delivery Past Midnight
– General Midnight Curfew Still Applies Citywide –
Miami Beach, FL – Today, the City of Miami Beach revised its Emergency Order —
maintaining the general curfew throughout the city beginning at midnight each night, but
now permitting restaurants to continue to operate their kitchens after midnight, for
delivery services only.

Any violation of the aforementioned emergency measures would subject the individual or
business entity to criminal penalties.
