Subject: Proposed Evaluation Committee for Multipurpose Municipal Parking Facility
RFQ # 69 - 02/03
Date: November 6, 2003
On September 10, 2003, the City Commission authorized the issuance of RFQ #69 - 02~03
for architectural, engineering, design, and construction administration services need to plan,
design, and construct a Multipurpose Municipal Parking Facility on the current site of the
City Hall surface parking lot. Responses to the RFQ are due on November 7, 2003.
An ambitious timetable has been set for the project in an attempt to coordinate its
completion with the start of work on the New World Symphony project. The next step in the
process is to appoint and convene an Evaluation Committee to rank the responses to the
RFQ. I am considering appointing the following individuals to the Evaluation Committee:
Saul Frances
