A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING
CATEGORIES AND SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE USE
OF GOLF COURSES IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AND REPEALING RESOLUTIONS NUMBERS
85-18095 and 86-18347.
BE IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That effective, March 19, 1986, the schedule of
fees payable for the use of the City' s Golf Course shall be as
follows:
ANNUAL PERMITS
PERMANENT RESIDENT / NON-RESIDENT FREEHOLDER

Husband & Wife 650.00
Par 3. only (single) 215.00
NON-RESIDENT
Single 570.00
Husband & Wife 775.00

CITY OF MIAMI BEACH EMPLOYEES 1/2 permit fee
Present and Retired
GREENS FEES
All persons, whether they be residents or not,
may play on the municipal courses in Miami
Beach by paying the regular greens fees as
enumerated.

Season - 11/1 - 4/30 5.30
Off-Season - 5/1 - 10/31 3 .90
NORMANDY SHORES and BAYSHORE
Season - 11/1 - 4/30 12.50
Off-Season - 5/1 - 10/31 6.75
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH EMPLOYEES AND COUNTY,
STATE AND FEDERAL JUDGES OF DADE COUNTY, AND
CLERGY
Present and Retired 1/2 greenSfees
ALL HOTEL AND MOTEL GUESTS that reside within
the City Limits of Miami Beach shall get a 20%
discount on greens fees. This 20% discount
will be available only to those hotel and
motel guests with a residency of 6 months or
less.

HOTEL PERMIT 1,300 .00
(allows one foursome to play per day (greens
fees only) to be used by Miami Beach Hotel and
Motel guests with a residency of six months or
less)
"TWILIGHT" GREENS FEES
Effective at 3:00 P.M. each day, 50% of normal
greens fees will be charged.
FREEHOLDER shall mean either an individual, or owner of more than
50% of the stock of a corporation, owning real property within the
city limits of Miami Beach.
A Receipted property tax bill or deed, will be required for proof
of ownership.
If property is held in the name of a corporation, proof must be
submitted that the individual making application owns more than
50% of the stock in the corporation.
Section 2: There shall be issued a maximum of two hundred
(200) annual permits to non-residents at the regular non-resident
rate; allocation of these permits to be accomplished through
Administrative Order ; and
Section 3: Resolution numbers 85-18095 and 86-18347 are hereby
rescinded.
