A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE
AMENDMENT WITH INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS SERIES,
INC. OF GREATER MIANI, INC. FOR THE USE OF
THE THEATER OF THE PERFORMING ARTS OF THE
MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER NOVEMBER 26,
1986 - APRIL 19, 1987.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that

desires to amend certain premises and facilities of the City of
Miami Beach, to-wit:
THE THEATER OF THE PERFORMING ARTS
OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
on NOVEMBER 26, 1986 - APRIL' 19, 1987
for the event known as
FOUR CONCERTS, THREE REHEARSALS AND SEVEN BALLETS
AND WHEREAS, an appropriate lease amendment has
been prepared by the Miami Beach Convention Center Director and
approved as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has been advised of
and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease
amendment and deems it to be in the best interest of the City to
authorize the execution of the said lease amendment .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to ex-
ecute the above-described leaase amendment on behalf of the City,
and that the Miami Beach Convention Center Director be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of October ,
1986 .
