Dear Sir,
We wanted to express our thanks to you for the obvious effort made by the police
department and the city of Miami beach in regards to the homeless situation in Miami
Beach. There seems to be less people annoying the tourist and trying to sneak into the
hotel ground to do all kind of misdeeds. There is a difference in the atmosphere in the
streets and we think that the bad impression that the tourists were getting has been
lessened and that they will go home without the bad taste they were getting for a while.
What a pleasure to be able to enjoy walking around without being worried that you or a
visitor will be assaulted verbaly or physicaly , to be able to sit at a restaurant without
having an individual insult you and the people around you. We hope that the improvements
that were obtained by the police department will not desappear and leave us with the
troubles we had dealing with that difficult situation that can sometimes be dangerous for
the guests or the hotel employees. We wish you all a great holiday season! Respectfully,
Pascal and Elisa Nicolle Villa Paradiso 1415 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, fl,33139
