Hudak, City Manager DATE: SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2021-091-KB for Commercial Records Management Services The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2021-091-KB, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm for the retention and management of City records. The City received proposals pursuant to this RFP on April 2, 2021. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP. I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: • Victor Armendariz, Special Project Coordinator, Building Department; • Theresa Buigas, Administrative Services Manager, Procurement Department; • Patrick Camm, Records Management Specialist, City Clerk's Office; • Jessica Gonzalez, Clerk of Boards, Planning Department; and • Patrick Henry, Police Records Manager, Police Department. I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates: • Natasha Diaz, Deputy Director, Building Department; • Rafael Granado, City Clerk, City Clerk's Office; • Arielle Guerrier, Office Associate III, Police Department; and • Lydia Sacher, Administrative and Business Officer, Planning Department.
