City of Miami Beach Amends Emergency Measures
– For Consistency with County and State Orders –
Miami Beach, FL – Today, the City Manager amended Phase 3 Emergency
Measures to be consistent with the County's Emergency Order 30-20, as amended,
and the Governor's Executive Order 20-244. Effective October 16, 2020, this
amendment deletes the requirement that businesses consent to inspections and
submit compliance plans after violating this Order.
