Vote March
9: Special Miami Beach Election
On Tuesday, March 9, 2004, the City
of Miami Beach will be conducting a
Special Election at the time of the
Presidential Preference Primary
election; the City will present seven of
its ballot questions to the City's voters
at this time. Objective, impartial
explanations of these ballot questions
will be sent to registered voters in the
coming weeks, so that City voters
may, in casting their vote, be more
informed and comfortable with the
issues presented to them at the polls.
Please remember that your vote is
important.
Voters must be registered at least 29 days before an election, to vote in that election.
If you are not registered, please do so prompty. Miami-Dade County in conjunction
with the City of Miami Beach and the Teen Job Corp will have a booth at the Miami
Beach Festival of the Arts on Saturday and Sunday, February 7 & 8 to register
residents.
Voter's registration forms are available at City Hall or click here for more
information on how to register.
