Accuracy Test) and Canvassing Board Schedule -November 16, 2021 -
Run-Off Election
Pursuant to Florida Statutes §§101.5612(2) and 102.141, attached please find the time and
location of the public Pre-Election Test of the Automatic Tabulating Equipment (Logic and
Accuracy Test) and the Canvassing Board Schedule indicating the time and place during
which the Canvassing Board will meet to canvass the absentee electors' ballots and
provisional ballots for the November 16, 2021 City of Miami Beach Run-Off Election. The
Logic and Accuracy Test and the meetings of the Canvassing Board to canvass the
absentee electors' ballots and provisional ballots are open to the public and will be held at
the Miami-Dade County Department of Elections, located at 2700 NW 87 Avenue, Miami,
FL. Please note that the schedule is subject to change if needed.

FOR THE NOVEMBER 16, 2021 CITY OF MIAMI BEACH RUN-OFF ELECTION
The City of Miami Beach Canvassing Board will convene at the Office of the Supervisor of Elections, 2700 NW
87 Avenue, Miami, Florida 33172. The Canvassing Board is convening on these dates for the November 16,
2021 City of Miami Beach Run-Off Election. For updated Canvassing Board schedule information, visit

November 19, 2021 requested)

Monday, November 15, 2021 1. Pre-count Logic and Accuracy Test of the optical

interpreter (five-day notice required), information on access for persons with disabilities, and/or any
accommodation to review any document or participate in any City-sponsored proceedings, call 305.604.2489

accordance with Florida Statute §286.0105, a person who appeals any decision by the Canvassing Board with
respect to any matter considered at a meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and therefore
will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
