City of Miami Beach Extends COVID-19
State of Emergency Declaration
– Removes Ambient Level Volume Restriction –
Miami Beach, FL – The Acting City Manager has extended the City’s State of
Emergency Declaration and Emergency Measures through April 21, 2021.
Today’s Emergency Order removes the ambient level volume restriction applicable to
music and live entertainment throughout the City. However, Miami-Dade County and
City of Miami Beach noise ordinances remain in effect and will continue to be
enforced by the Miami Beach Code Compliance and Police departments.
Any violation of the provisions of this Order may subject an operator, business entity,
or organization to the closure of the establishment for a period of at least 24 hours, or
through the duration of the State of Emergency.
