City of Miami Beach Extends COVID-19
State of Emergency Declaration
– Through Wednesday, April 28, 2021 –
Miami Beach, FL – The City of Miami Beach has extended its State of Emergency
Declaration and Emergency Measures through April 28, 2021.
Any violation of the provisions of this Order may subject an operator, business entity,
or organization to the closure of the establishment for a period of at least 24 hours, or
through the duration of the State of Emergency.
