Forecast Calls for Winter Wonderland in Miami Beach
— Highlights include visits by Santa and the Coca-Cola Polar Bear —
Miami Beach, FL – The temperature may be in the mid ‘70s, but forecasters are predicting a
Winter Wonderland tonight at North Shore Park, 501 72 St.
“Miami Beach children may not have snow on their rooftops, but they can make lots of holiday
memories at our Winter Wonderland,” observed John Rebar, director of the city’s Parks and
Recreation Department.
The annual event features visits by Santa and the Coca-Cola Polar Bear in addition to a tree
lighting ceremony, youth dance performances, rides, games, music and Coke’s Holiday
Caravan Tour.
Admission costs $5, which includes rides, crafts and entertainment.
