The Committee for Quality Education requests the Mayor and City Commission recognize the
positive impact our educational enhancements have on our youth and community and request to
continue to fund and support all educational enhancements on Miami Beach for the next school
year.
The Committee for Quality Education urges the Mayor and Commission to support the above
request.

The Committee for Quality Education requests the Mayor and City Commission reinstate the
incentive program to recruit residents of Miami Beach to become substitute teachers for Miami
Beach public schools and offer them an incentive such as a citywide parking permit or funding of the
cost to attain a substitute teacher certification.
The Committee for Quality Education urges the Mayor and Commission to support the above
request.
