A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING
THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO PRIORITIZE FUNDING,
AS PART OF THE ANNUAL BUDGET PROCESS FOR
FISCAL YEAR 2023, FOR THE RENOVATION OF ALL
RESTROOMS LOCATED IN CITY HALL.
WHEREAS, the restrooms located in City Hall are in a dire state of disrepair; and
WHEREAS, the restrooms emit noxious odor associated with human waste, are
unsightly, and unbecoming to be used by the City's elected officials, City staff, and
visitors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City
Commission hereby direct the City Administration to prioritize funding, as part of the
annual budget process for Fiscal Year 2023, for the renovation of all restrooms located in
City Hall.
