The Administration recommends that the Mayor and City Commission approve the product

the top three polluters of Biscayne Bay, they will hold an event to kick off Earth Month, and bring
awareness to water quality in Biscayne Bay. This will be the first of three events.
The event is set to take place on April 2022 to coincide with Earth Month. Attendees will be
asked to 'take the pledge' by acknowledging that they will be part of the solution to help keep
