C7O Official Transcript funding Sept. 17 Commission Agenda (Richardson) – promoted to 12th graders – gift cards distributed 2. R7L Stop the Bleed Kits installed throughout February at all schools. February 28 – 10 am recognition event at City Hall occurred 3. C4R 10/13 Rock Ensemble Referral to Finance February 25, 2022 request for $30,000 – approved at March 9 Commission meeting 4. C4R Referral (Meiner) NQLC and C4AE Referral (Richardson) MBSH Drop off and Pick Up – February 25, 2022 Finance Meeting discussed. $175,000 recommended as match to MDCPS and Miami Dade County 5. C4D MBSH Marching Band request for uniform funds $20,000 referred to March 30 Finance meeting 6. C4E MBSH Scoreboard request matching fund $25,000 referred to March 30 Finance meeting 7. C4F MB Chamber request $100,000 prostart kitchen at MBSH referred to April Finance meeting 8. R7J Anti-Semitism Training at MB schools approved February 9, 2022 at $50,000. Student Achievement – motion made (see LTC) and requested update from advanced academics • AP College Board – House Bill #7 Individual Freedoms may cause high schools to lose AP classes for banning required topics. • IB Program impact of HB #7 4. Parental Involvement/Family Support/Youth and Community Engagement - discussed • BB Court improvement at South Pointe Elementary City request awaiting response • Beach High Courtyard PTSA Initiative update – awaiting invoice from MDCPS for fence funds from CMB 5.
