COMMISSION MEMORANDUM
TO: Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Commission
FROM: Commissioner Ricky Arriola
DATE: May 4,2022
SUBJECT:DISCUSS STATUS OF PARKLET PERMIT APPLICATIONS.
ANALYSIS
I am asking the City administration to provide an update on the status of the parklet permit applications. To my understanding, no
operator has yet to submit a complete application despite the end of the grace period and we need to work with our restaurants to gain
compliance.
