In anticipation of future needs, the City sought applications from consulting firms who wish to be
included in a pool of prequalified firms from which the City may select a firm to assist with any
P3 project. While it is anticipated that the majority of the services will be required as a result of
P3 proposals received, the City reserved the right in the solicitation to utilize any prequalified

be approved as the initial pool appear to be well qualified and are subject matter experts in
various fields which will be useful to the City as it evaluates any future P3 project.
