SUBJECT: Monthly Donation Report - June 2022
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to provide the Mayor and Commission with a monthly
update on the donations accepted by the City of Miami Beach, under the City Manager's authority
as per Resolution 2022-32149. The resolution delegated to the City Manager the authority to
accept donations for the benefit of the City in the amount of $7,500.00 or less, including in-kind
donations valued in the amount of $7,500.00 or less, to the extent permitted by law. It further
requires that the City Manager release a monthly report via Letter to Commission documenting
the name of each donor, the amount of each donation, the date each donation was made, and
the public purpose that would be served by accepting each donation.
During the month of June 2022, the administration accepted the following donations:
Memorial Day Weekend Hotels

Description: This in-kind donation of accommodations was made so essential city staff could be
