LETTER TO COMMISSION
SUBJECT: Miami-Dade County Canvassing Board Schedule and Composition for the November 8,
2022 General Election and City of Miami Beach Special Election
Pursuant to Florida Statutes §§101.5612(2) and 102.141, attached please find the time and location of
the public Pre-Election Test of the Automatic Tabulating Equipment (Logic and Accuracy Test) and the
Canvassing Board Schedule indicating the time and place during which the Canvassing Board will meet
to canvass the absentee electors' ballots and provisional ballots for the November 8, 2022 General
Election and Miami Beach Special Election. The Logic and Accuracy Test and the meetings of the
Canvassing Board to canvass the absentee electors' ballots and provisional ballots are open to the public
and will be held at the Miami-Dade County Department of Elections, located at 2700 NW 87 Avenue,
Miami, FL. Please note that the schedule is subject to change if needed.
