Fernande , Committer_ssi6 ubject: REQUESTED f AMENDMENT TO R7R I am sponsoring R7R to ensure the City identifies associated costs and a funding source to assist property owners with the out-of-pocket expenses they may potentially incur concerning harmonization for the West Avenue project. This item was initially introduced by Commissioner Mark Samuelian. At the April 6, 2022, meeting of the City Commission I suggested that the item be amended to limit the scope of the grant program strictly to the West Avenue project. Consistent with those comments, as the new sponsor of the legislation, I would like to amend the title and the body of this resolution to remove any language that references other neighborhood improvement projects outside the scope of the West Avenue project and remove any reference to a Citywide grant program. Thank you.
