SUBJECT: Parks & Recreational Facilities Advisory Board Motions
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to inform the Mayor and Commission of the motion
passed by the Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board at its meeting on October 12, 2022:
MOTION 1:
The Parks and Recreational Facilities Board motions that prior to the City Commission making any
definitive decision on the 72nd Street Complex project, the board would like the opportunity to review
and opine on the overall design and direction of the project. The board asks to remain continuously
involved throughout the process.
