I received authorization from BellSouth to cross out the current amount of $837,000 and write in $ 685,000. This is the
commitment level that was approved by the City Commission on 9-10-03 for the voice services. I have attached an appendix
to add to the BBMA Agreement adjusting our commitment level to $ 685,000
