Confirming our conversation wherein I mentioned that I had heard indirectly
that the Commission w~s ~oing to invite us to attend the June 1st meeting to discuss
the issues pertaining to the Bass Museum, I will be out of the state on June 1st, and
we will not be able to attend on that date.
I understand that under the circumstances, you will have it placed on the June
15th aEenda instead. If at all possible, we would like a special appointment at or
around 3: 30 p.m.
As an alternative we would like to suggest a special meeting, possibly on June
8. This is an important community matter which deserves special focus.
Thanks for your assistA_nce.
