SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 2023-260-WG for
Ancillary Health Benefits
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Invitation to
Negotiate (ITN) No. 2023-260-WG. The ITN seeks proposals from qualified firms to administer the
City's ancillary health benefits for employees, retirees, and their dependents, including the dental
health plan, disability plan, administration of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) benefits, and group
life & accidental death and dismemberment.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this ITN on April 12, 2023. The responsive proposals will
be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Marvin Adams, Employee Benefits Manager, Human Resources Department
•Marc Chevalier, Risk Manager, Human Resources Department
•Kenneth Ingersoll, Human Resources Administrator II, Human Resources Department
