A total of 4,537 cases have been heard by the Special Master. Of the 4,537 cases, 4,281
have had compliance, or 94.35 %. Only 256 cases are pending compliance, or 5.65 %.
Cases with a fine or a lien recorded on the property, have a total of $4,642,096 in accumulated
fines. This total does not include interest. Our June hearings will be on the 11 th, and on the
25th.
