The forms in the package were stamped and received by our office, so I am confused about the request for a copy. I was notified by our Finance Department that the check for $4,100 did not process because the amount written out is for "Four Thousand Dollars, and 00 cents", which is different from the numerical amount disclosed. Please reissue a new check as soon as possible to make these issues active in the system. I will be out of the office until November 7, and David will return on November 6. In the meantime Charles will be handling lobbyist matters and can process the new check once received. Please let us know though regarding the request for the documents that were mailed to us.
